You have McGinn as your 3C. Take a guess if its good.

Value seems right but I don't know if the trades make sense. I doubt carolina moves Pesce now, sonic would be for Hamilton and a lesser package

In the real world, Kadri has roughly the same value as Pesce in a one for one trade. Maybe add one pick to that trade, instead of two, so that the ACGM rule of the Leafs always being ripped off is respected.

I don't see the point of Kapanen for McGinn. Two wingers. Kapanen is the one with more value. At least, I would consider Wallmark or Martinook to replace Kadri as 3C.

Lets see. 24 year old top 4 right handed defenseman with a cheaper contract, longer term, much better +/-, or a 28 year old center 3rd line center, more expensive contract, less term, and shows a propensity to be selfish, thinking only about himself, or at least not thinking about the team, in key situations. Yeah, I don't know why anyone would ask for something extra when talking about Pesce for Kadri trade unless they were just following the ole leafs need to be ripped off theme.

Your "analysis" is worse than mine. Both players are under good contracts, of similar value, and the +/- stat is not useful. More importantly, they help both teams in addressing their weaknesses. Kadri adds offense and edge, while the Canes trade a player in a position of abundance. As for the selfish comment, it makes no sense. Kadri is a team player who's not afraid to step up for his teammates.
