This is what i assumed what would have happened if we took Tkachuk.
If we sent him to the minors, we would still be able to get Pettersson, and all the picks in 2017. But, In 2018, Boeser and Tkachuk both come in as star rookies, and that could change the picks. Im just going to stay with Hughes, and say that we came 22nd/30th, and would recive the 8th pick. We move back one spot, but Chicago decides to go with Boqvist instead of Hughes. We still get all the other players, All the IRL trades happen, now into the 2019 season, Pettersson comes into the league, and then the magic happens: 2nd in the division, 8th in the league, Stanley Cup, 2018-19. I wish. ;-;


Oh, and this is all fantasy, I dont expect this to happen. Stop typing that comment about how the Canucks suck, and theyre never gonna win a cup. I see you there, snuggled up In your blanket on your bed smashing your laptop keyboard.
