Vancouver says no. Can't afford to lose another 1st round pick and we don't even get full cap relief if we take back Abdelkader.

Marc bergevin already said that he won’t trade for old players. He will stick with their young players

Dude Justin Abdelkader has a full NTC for the life of his contract, There's no way in hell he's waiving from his homestate of Michigan for Vancouver. Before making trades check the players status. No way Abby is leaving Detroit.

You will never get full cap relief for Eriksson unless your giving up multiple 1sts/prospects. Saving 2 mil will be helpful when you have to sign young guys, would give you more room.
