Yeah, I'd give this a shot. I want to see Perlini back in and with Debrincat/Strome. He may not have "earned" it yet, but I can't really say Nylander "earned" anything that warranted a spot next to Toews/Kane either. I want to see Lehner in net. Crow was amazing against EDM. I'm not knocking him. Just want to see them split more 50/50 vs a #1 and #2.

Maybe at home when u can dictate matchups more, but on the road that 2nd line will be a huge defensive liability. Teams will undoubtedly try to matchup their top line against that line.

Bingo, which is why Shaw on the 2nd line beyond the fact that he's a RW player not LW, is a much better option then Perlini. Perlini, Nylander, Sikura or Saad need to be on the 1st line with Toews and Kane, the question is out of the first 3, will any of them work long term? The question around Saad is, do you really want to break up that 3rd line which has easily been our best line?
