That was an overpay by Vegas, and if you didnt know, he wasnt good with the Knights. At most he is worth a 1st and maybe a prospect

What difference does it make now ? He was traded for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd when he was 28 in 62. Of course it was an overpayment. But now he is a 50+ points and a consistant 20 goal/year and is on a pace for a 60 points season. Hayes was traded for a 1st, a prospect 3rd liner and a conditional pick as a rental. Tatar is no rental
