Description

Getting to the Playoffs is the right move for the franchise right now. Some damn good players have been taken at 16, and the Hawks are theoretically closer to the playoffs than not right now. As long as they can hold their head above water before the deadline I think they add a forward if anything at all. The goal of this season is not to win a cup, but show progress and help develop the young guys.

I just can't see Lebanc being worth a first in this year's draft.

I can see him getting a 2nd and a good prospect, which is what I offered plus Caggiula. Depending on how much SJS fans like Cags, he is the sweetener to put them over the edge.

If they win in Regulation tonight against WPG then they are in a really good position.

Too much for LeBanc. Remove Caggs and even then do you really want to move Kursashev? Whether next year or the year after, he's one of our better forward prospects. LeBanc for a 2nd and a B+/A- prospect is on target just would look at someone other then Kurashev. Also, if this move happened, then move Caggs to another team for 3rd.
