Gun to your ribs, the habs will either offer a trade for one of your RFA, or offersheet them.

Here is Domi, Mete, and 2022 fist round pick

    for

Cernak and Sergachev and sure... throw in Gourde.

As Tampa, I'd strongly consider that if Gourde waives, I was posting this as an ANA fan showing how the TBL/ANA trade can work from their perspective

No way are Cirelli and Sergachevi signing for 2 x 5 and 2 x 4 respectively, Both will get more then that on offer sheets more then likely. Don't see Coburn waiving and Tyler Johnson sure as hell isn't waiving for Ottawa.

Cirelli and Serg will each fall in that 4.5 range on a 3 year bridge, and then get paid big like the rest of Tampa stars. They will say no thanks to these supposed offee sheets which almost never happen anyway. It is funny I guess seeing all these ppl think Tampa's rfa's are both getting one and taking it as well. I could see Cernak getting moved if it comes to it, him and a 2nd for Manson retained would be interesting. I think Killorn could def return a late 1st, but not likely a 1st++. 2nd+ for sure though. Coburn will be moved, just have to figure out where he'd waive for and sweeten the deal, but that's far from difficult. Getting Gourde or TJ to waive though seems far more problematic, but I hope one does so maybe they could keep Killorn. Question becomes if one of them waives does JBB take a likely smaller return and save an extra 550-800k in cap space, or does he take the better return and less cap with Killorn(maybe even both?).

You don't think Bergevin would offer sheet Sergachev 2 years × $6.341M (compensation of a 1st and a 3rd round pick). What does he have to lose. Tampa would certainly need to make some moves if they want to match that offer.

He already showed his willingness to do so with the Aho offersheet.

This would work out extremely well for Sergachev if TB matches, and even if they don't he would still get paid more and get out of herman's shadow and play a bigger role.
