How about changing the rules that the coach can decide whether he wants a penalty shot or a 2 minute powerplay concerning offensive affections ? In other words like the NBA we always see games decided by free throws and in the NFL games are always decided by pass interference flags...which leads to the most exciting finish in football, the game winning field goal.

When Charron is in the game, you are going to have officiating games like this. McCauley is the only one I half trust to call an honest fair game.

Wes McCauley is one of the ref that we care about in a good way, the rest can retired and no one would really care unless they made a stupid series changing penalty
