Priority 1. Resign Hall... You gave up the assets, you gotta keep him, ik it's a bit of an overpay, and we'll have to give up an extra first, but he's the first star this team has had in ages, you can't let that walk

Other than that, just keep the team the largely the same, pray for some growth from the younger players and hope to make the playoffs

Jenik wouldn't actually be a scratch, he'd bounce up and down, get into some games like Hayton this yr, and that would give us the cap space to get under, in terms of both roster and cap

    There were rumors within the organization that he was believed to be their 7th best d man already, and just didn't want to rush him this yr

    See my previous post, I sent out Henrique for Miller, and imo Zegras probably shouldn't be just thrown into a top 6 spot, so I got Stepan as a 1 year mini stop gap... They're gonna suck either way, we don't need Zegras in that fire unless he's really ready
