Description
Nill very seldom trades players. I went by the boring and the most realistic route and didn't bother to make any trades.

Assuming that DAL picks 24th overall in 2020 NHL Entry Draft, they pick Swedish RD Helge Grans from Malmö Redhawks, SHL as their first round pick-

I like Grans, but if he’s the pick, Dallas should trade down to get him. They could realistically trade back to 30-35 and still get him. The only defensemen I’d take at #24 would be Braden Schneider. If he’s not on the board, Dallas needs to pick a goal scorer.

Their entire prospect pool has 1 guy that knows how to score and that’s Jason Robertson. They are severely lacking when it comes to high-end goal scoring prospects. The right side of their blue line is extremely thin, yes. But reaching for Grans when one of Jarvis, Quinn, Perreault, or Zary could still be on the board isn’t the best idea.

Yeah I agree. My thought process though was that none of those assets are going to be available.
