Description
Quiet day so here's the second one today.

-After chatting with a Wild guy (Oh yes) we've came to this deal that would fit both teams need. Montreal need scorers and Minnesota a center, pretty easy. Domi wouldn't be your first target but if it doesn't work elsewhere it's an excellent plan B. I'm not rooting for Domi to be sent out of town for anything but if at the draft table you can get both Beckman and Quinn, two lethal goal scorer, it's worth my attention.
-Took that TB trade off someone else's AGM from a week back, once again suits both sides.
-Brassard signature would be a stop gap until KK proves he's ready for the big league.

Trades
1.
MTL
  1. Beckman, Adam
  2. 2020 1st round pick (MIN)
Additional Details:
Beckman's a scoring machine in the OHL and with the 11th pick Montreal would go get Jack Quinn, another scoring machine. Both are a couple years off the big league but that's one of the only trades I'd do with Domi.
MIN
  1. Domi, Max [RFA Rights]
  2. 2020 3rd round pick (WSH)
Additional Details:
Minnesota gets their center for years to come, the deal comes in with an extension. With the third round pick Minnesota gets Thimo Nickl.
2.
MTL
  1. Killorn, Alex
  2. Paquette, Cédric
  3. 2020 2nd round pick (TBL)
Additional Details:
Thank you cap space, Montreal gets two great guys for the team at low cost.
TBL
  1. Lehkonen, Artturi
  2. 2020 5th round pick (FLA)
  3. 2021 4th round pick (VGK)
Additional Details:
I don't like losing Lehkonen and don't think that trade happens but we'll soon have to choose bewteen him and Armia, either one could be in this deal but feels like Armia's puck protection and size gives him an edge.

Just out of curiosity, didn't think about this earlier, what if our pick ends up late teens? Say we beat Vancouver and then lose next round, deal off or still on the table?

If Minnesota needs centers, would swapping Poehling for Boldy make any sense?

MTL gets one of Caufield's linemates from U18 team and moves Poehling for a LW (rather than trying to force Poehling to play LW over C).

MIN gets their a local young center, who projects as a very good middle 6 C.

Seems like a deal that could suit both teams.
