Ryan Murray isn’t worth that high pick. He can’t stay healthy and have not much value on the market. He average above 50 games a season, the habs can spend that draft pick elsewhere for sure.

Too much for Gaudreau. Neither team wants to make this trade. The value going to Calgary from Columbus is way more then they want to give up for a wing. Our biggest hole in 2nd line center. We also have to keep Peeke because After next season he and Jones will be the only 2 RHD in the NHL for Columbus.

Columbus has the worst prospect pool in the league, we aren’t trading young players for a guy who will be here for 2 seasons and bolt. This is a massive NO from Columbus. Please stop with this ridicules trade, we don’t want Gaudreau, we don’t need wings.

He's worth more than that if healthy. I would suggest conditionalizing pick value based on games played.

But he is never healthy. Since is Junior career in 2010-11 he only played 2 full season out of 10. Only played 60 or less games in 7 of those 10 season. Less then 46 games 5 time out of 10. This dude is literally made out or porcelain. He doesn’t have any value. No gm will be spending high draft pick capital for a big question mark players. That have nothing to do with is play or ability but the fact is he can stay healthy so he doesn’t have value. When you go to the market and you buy something you want to make sure it work. Not just one time out of ten.
And if you had fallow a little bit what was going on around hockey you would know that there will be no more conditional pick.
