Followup to my previous post with some slight changes, added Roslovic to the Isles deal and took back a cap dump from the Isles, does this work for Islanders fans? The other trades are basically the same as my last post with some minor changes.
Sucks to have to send a veteran like Perreault to the minors but it'd cost too much to dump him for one season of cap savings, don't need a repeat of the awful Mason dump trade! Cap space is tight but it is what it is, carrying one less body up front but the 6th/7th dman can play 4th line winger in a pinch.
Lowry should be a winger, he's too damn slow to play center! Tried to improve the defense, build a better balanced lineup and improve the center depth, yes Wheeler is 3rd line RW, some softer match ups would do him some good at this point, playing center for almost the entire season wore him out.
Haula is a 2C stopgap, Jets draft the best centre available with the 10th overall pick.
Expansion draft would probably be a trade of some sorts, not too worried about it with what's here, as for raises for RFA'S it'd be figured out when the time comes, I think some UFA's money like Lowry who leaves goes to Laine for example and Copp is traded to Seattle and his money would go to Beauvillier or something along those lines.
