Buffalo will not move Kahun, they need young scoring talent. They should also have no interest in Nurse and his big contract. I think they will sooner bury Hutton than overpay to get rid of him.

I get your point but you’d be insane to reject that. Oilers getting robbed in this deal

He’s supposed to be good, but if that were reality the Oilers wouldn’t be trading him. People here think Risto gets paid too much, Nurse makes his contract look good. Kahun could score 20 goals next season with reasonable ice time.

I think value-wise that's a pretty fair deal but Buffalo is in desperate need for anyone who can carry the puck a little bit because after Eichel and Dahlin we don't have much. Kahun is probably our third best possession guy and if that sounds weak it's because it is - btw risto and nurse have very similar stats and advanced stats with the main difference being Nurse is in more fights and Risto has more hits - they both have an unfortunate take away/ give away ratio.
