    Nope. Avs aren't taking on an aging and often injured winger. Johnson is the heart and soul of the team, and the organization loves him. Easy pass.

    Plus you will have to shed another 10m off this roster, sounds like Pens are going with an intnercal cap int he low 70s.

    Figured. I like his game and he's a great guy to have on the team. Hornqvist isn't a slouch tho. He's a PP machine who could easily net you 20 goals.

    The avs have Timmins, Byram coming up so I'm not sure how long they plan on keeping Johnson

    Bonino only makes 2.4 mil in actual salary.
    High 70s is very reasonable for a team that still wants to compete.
    Johnson is a longshot and personally I think hornqvist gets moved no matter what to meet the internal cap
