So the Markstrom signing is for the value he wants from Van but a year longer to drop the AAV. He also get a MTC is some capacity and its front loaded so he can be moved later at the end of the deal. I think 5m is fair as its right with what Lehner is asking for as they have comparable stats.

Hall is a sign and trade to also drop the AAV, Its an 8x7 deal over 8 year dropping it 1m a year. This is to make the haters happy. I still think he is compatible to Chucky so 7x7 a year is a better correct. value based off production. Chucky is a 0.80 ppg, Johnny is 0.96 and Hall is 0.90 and is older than both. I still feel based off of Hall’s injury history and past production 7m is fair. So i went a year longer to make it hasppen.

Ryan and Dave are cap relief trades. Would be anywhere a deal could be had.

Ceci and Dell are a fill in in’s on show me value deal.

DeMelo would also be any RD that signs in that value.
