Yeah...The MTL trade was a stretch. I didn't want to give any Caps fans a heart attack by offering McMichael and a First. Lol.

A Capitals trade starts with McMichael, a decent roster Dman and the 2020 1st for Laine....one problem with the Caps is that their D depth sucks to pick from

You are out of your mind. A Top 10 - 15 Center...who is only 28 and a First round pick is more than enough for a top 10 - 15 winger who is on an expiring contract(even if it is restricted). Laine has shown inconsistencies and may have already (at 22) reached his peak. wink
