If that's your best contract on Stretcher he'll probably sign elsewhere. TOR needs to dump cap.
He's a decent 2nd pair defense. He'll get roughly 4. That's my guess.

Looks like an incredibly 1-dimensional team. If this is what Dubas had in mind for his offseason, I will predict right now the Leafs don't get past the first round of the 2020-21 playoffs. Subsequently, with that outcome, I expect Dubas will finally be fired.
