Okay, offer him 4.5 then, and be gets the shot to be on a good team. I think the main problem in ottawa is that they're not good, and you have to pay players more to stay on your team

Ottawa was horrible, yet still only finished 9 points behind Montreal. Not sure how you're suddenly a "good" team...
