Description

Love Paul but times are tough so a buyout is necessary. We've got until 2pm, right? So another 5 hours.

Love Marshy but times are tough so a trade is necessary. Reilly moves over to Willy's left side and Tuch moves up to that line. Not sure what Marshy's return is but that's for the real GM's to figure out.

This gives us some piggy bank wiggle room and allows us to either move Flower when there is a better return (like the TDL) or we buy him out after next year when the cap hit is lessened.

We now have $5M to sign 3 or 4 guys to fill out the roster and we still have the best goalie tandem in the league. Easy.

I think its harder than that for real life, especially on a flat cap.

Idk if moving march for picks is the best direction for the knights..moving him in general

The one thing I would say is that if the logic for a trade is, “times are tough and this guy needs to be traded for the cap,” then the rest of the league knows that, which probably means you aren’t getting a first and a second.

I'd say it's worth exploring stas and a first to somewhere, especially if you're going to be getting a first back for marshy. Leaves a bit more money to fill out the roster
