Its funny because rangers really could use either so why not? Unless there's some rule I.know nothing about, I could be wrong but even of they have bonus penalties for next year I think they have something like 9 million in buyout money coming off their cap.

If I was a team wanting cirelli and saw you got serg to sign one id immediatly try to get cirelli to sign one. No way they could match both
