Description
From 2010-2020, this is my favorite bruins lineup based on where they played in the lineup.

FWDS
1st line center- Patrice Bergeron: not much to say here, he's been a dominant first line center for the past 10 years.
1st line left wing- Brad Marchand: He has been an effective first line center especially becoming more of a consistent scorer
1st line right wing: David Pastrnak: he has been nothing but a dominant threat since becoming the first line right wing.

Second line left wing: Milan Lucic: I wasn't a massive Lucic guy, but I didn't hate him either. The candidates for this spot weren't exactly spectacular.
2nd Line Right Wing: Nathan Horton: It is safe to say he was the most effective 2nd line RW during his time.
2nd line Center: David Krejci: He gets under appreciated, but he's been consistently a fantastic two way playmaker.

3rd Line LW: Rich Peverley: He was effective on the third line even though he was mainly a center, he did spend some time on the wing.
3rd Line Center: Carl Soderberg: people forget he was a very good two way third line center for the Bruins. Easy to forget because the Bruins failed to make the playoffs during his two years here and he went to Colorado due to a payday.
3rd Line RW: Michael Ryder: He was such a good 3rd line winger for this team. Candidates were kind of limited, but he was awesome.

4th Line LW: Sean Kuraly: Even though he's mainly a center, he does spend some time on the LW spot. He has been such a good pickup for this team
4th Line Center: Gregory Campbell: He was an unbelievable 4th line center, played with a ton of heart
4th Line RW: Shawn Thornton: Absolute heart and soul player, love or hate him, I respected his work ethic. Provided energy on the reg.

1st Pairing LD: Zdeno Chara: As expected, he has been an effective leader on this team and led the team to a cup.
1st Pairing RD: Charlie McAvoy: He has been a true first paring defender here ever since he made it to the NHL.

2nd Pairing LD: Torey Krug: He'll go down as one of the best offensive dmen in Bruins history, love or hate him.
2nd Pairing RD: Johnny Boychuk: He was an absolute rock on that second pair. Big hits, big clapper, played with heart. He was unbelievable.

3rd Pairing LD: Matt Grzelcyk: he has to be one of the best 3rd pairing defenders in the league. Although he's going to be a top 4 dman this season, I'll never forget how much of an effective two way dman he was on that bottom pair.
3rd Pairing RD: Kevan Miller: he is another rock on that third pair and was very effective. Although 3rd Pair RD has seen some debates over the years, I gotta say Miller was at least pretty reliable most of the time.

Starting Goalie: Tuukka Rask: gets a ton of heat, but I have/had more confidence with Rask in net. I could've gone Thomas here, but Thomas had tendencies to go a bit extreme at points.
Backup Goalie: Anton Khudobin: I love this guy to death, he was a great backup and an even better person.

HONORABLE MENTION:

2nd Line LW: Loui Eriksson: People also forget he was a very solid two way winger on that second line.

2nd Line RW: Jarome Iginla: Only 1 year with the team, he was a very good 2nd line RW

3rd Line Center: Charlie Coyle: I love Coyle and this Soderberg vs Coyle debate was real close for me, both are very good at what they do/did.

4th Line LW: Danny Paille: Speed, two way ability. I miss the merlot line.

4th Line RW: Chris Wagner: I gotta say, he has been a very nice pickup for this team.

2nd Pair LD: Dennis Seidenberg: He was an absolute rock back there. German hammer.

2nd Pair RD: Brandon Carlo: He has been nothing but spectacular. I'll never understand why he gets heat.

3rd Paring LD: Andrew Ference: What a guy he was, absolute heart player.

3rd Pairing RD: Adam McQuaid: Guy was another heart player, I wasn't crazy about his defensive play most of the time though. I didn't hate him at all though.

Backup Goalie: Jaro Halak: He has been arguably the best free agent signing Don Sweeney has made during his time with the Bruins.

That 2nd line was the 1st line back in 2010-13 but it works. Disagree for Wagner, I would have Acciari.

Dougie Hamilton?

I like the players I chose over Dougie. Dougie was mainly a 1st Pairing RD in Boston and I would choose McAvoy over Boston Bruins' Hamilton any day of the week. Dougie was good with the Bruins, I didn't think he was great.
