oh my bad, they are not but too close to the cap, so instead of 3rd Montreal gives Lehkonen also

I highly doubt Montreal plans on running a 21 man roster, with 22 they are currently over the cap

If that deal presents itself it’s a sure bet mtl would take it I think. We would have to move kulak and Weal which are both doable. I think Kulaks contract is easy to move and Weal could be sent to the minors or just cost a late pick to unload.
