uhhh why is chara getting 3m this year? he only made 2m last year. nothing warrants a 1m increase at this stage in his career...

It does, you're over the cap after making the movie with the Canes (assuming it is accepted).

That $1M makes a difference on how may scratched skaters the Bruins can carry.

To be completly honest, I didnt know I was over the cap. I would waive Kevan Miller.

That does not begin to touch Hamilton and why would they bring back someone who wanted out of Boston.
