Certainly the Leafs can't take that additional and maybe Vancouver and Calgary can't either. Really tough to "rebuild" by trading away cap for futures when so many teams are so cap strapped.

Trading OEL is going to be hard and if he has another poor year, that package is wishful thinking.

As palhal I don't know if Toronto can take on Dvorak.

Calgary and Toronto trades are fair value, but idk how toronto fits him under the cap. But I just can't see any team giving that much up for OEL. I like Ekman-Larsson, but his 8.25 million is a lot for a team to swallow. And I just don't think many gms are going to view him as a top 20 dman these days, and that's a couple of very good prospects you're getting from Vancouver. Maybe some team would give up something close to that if you retained 1.5 million on his contract
