Description
Threw in the next 5 just cause leaving torgersson and nikkanen off the list didn’t feel right and threw in a sleeper pick.

Blaisdell is only lower than kovacevic and Stanley because both kovacevic and Stanley have played pro whereas blaisdell has not. That said, I think blaisdell might have a big season this year

Overall, very deep prospect pool now and in the short term future. I’m a little concerned though what the prospect oool will look like in 3 years by which time basically the entire top 10 will be in the nhl or will have played some games at least. The prospect pool will be very bare then uno

A lot of the guys ahead of Torgersson Don't have nearly the upside he has. I think he's a more enticing forward prospect than Gustavsson who i think tops out as a good 3C, and Vesalainen who I am less and less convinced of every year.

Personally I think Gawanke is the better prospect over Chisholm. I also think through his play in the Liiga ves has shown he’s #4 in my opinion

Torgersson definitely has more potential but he likely tops out as a middle six winger and is at least a couple of years from pro, whereas the guys above him will be in the nhl within 2-3 years. Also the guys above him have more potential (other than gustavsson who is there simply because he is so nhl ready)

@bunzy1034 As for vesalainen, he showed well in the liiga since he was using his size, but he once again stopped doing that he once again went quiet. He needs to learn to play consistently before he’s an ngl forward imo. Once he does that, he should be a top 6 forward imo. Honestly with his skill level and his flaws combined, he’s a top 6 or bust prospect

I thought so too but I saw a few games of gawanke’s and I’m not convinced anymore. Chisholm just seems to have more potential right now, but that’s recent bias
