still feels like they need to move at least Paquette either waivers (which they can start being on tomorrow) or traded before the season opens up.
dont they need a little wiggle room before they can dump Kucherov on LTIR

Julian Brisebois Stated the other day he Can field an extremely competitive team without making any roster moves at all.
He will still be looking to dump a little bit of salary

Awesome part of that is its only nine and it’ll be the playoffs where there’s no salary cap so it won’t matter
As a Lightning fan I know about getting screwed in the SCF by the LTIR no salary cap in playoffs see Patrick Kane 2015
Being a leafs fan I realize SCF appearances is an unknown commodity to you.
