Is this fair value for an expiring contract or not? I really do not see the Flyers making a blockbuster this season. However, in the offseason I believe Frost will be dealt as he is blocked up the middle in the center-ice by Coots, Hayes, and Patrick.

What do you think the value for Frost would be? I could see NSH having interest if he were to become available.

I think the price is a little bit steep, but probably pretty close for a TDL deal.
Hjalmarsson is a nice pick up but I dont know how much he moves the needle tbh

If Nashville truly wanted to blow it up after a rough season, the only deal I could see Philly wantig to do would be along the lines of Frost + a decent package for Ellis after the expansion draft. I would say Ekholm but Philly is loaded at LHD. Maybe something like:

That's fair, Ellis is one of the best RHD in hockey on a great contract. I think if Lindblom can eventually get back to where he was before his Cancer diagnosis that it would probably be a lot closer to value
