With the Varlamov deal, are you expecting to leave him unexposed and Seattle not taking him?

Or are you wanting to move him prior to the expansion draft?

Protecting him then trading him after the Expansion Draft. Isles did that with Strome and Eberle.

I would rather release Cizikas and resign Koivula to a 3 year 1.8 million dollar contract. Saves money against the cap and provides youth on the fourth line. Then send Martin to the Minors for last 2 years of his contract.
