Why on earth are you giving Poehling a contract over $1 million when he’s going to spend the entire season in the AHL? *knock on wood*

Also, Lehky is good, but that’s a bit much. He isn’t getting any higher of an AAV than Byron got.

Sure Lehky might deserve it, but you shouldn’t give people higher than market value when there’s a cap that needs to be dealt with.

How does Poehling end up in the NHL? At best he’s the 15th best forward in the organization right now, and that’s not even including Caufield. Unless we end up with a terrible amount of injuries, he shouldn’t be touching the NHL this year.
