Description
I'm also assuming that from GM Doug Wilson's perspective, compromising with Hertl on extension talks is like trying to compromise with people that use capfriendly.

People like you.

Who are reading this description, looking at the trade scenario and dropping a comment that offers no constructive solutions on how to make a fair trade work between two teams.

I'm assuming Hertl is going to walk out on the Sharks next year.

Could Hertl be the player that puts Boston over the top and delivers its first stanley cup in over a decade?

This trade is modelled off of the Matt Duchene trade from 2017.

I also don't touch any core pieces to the Bruins roster, much like the 2017 Duchene trade.

As a distinguished ACGM, do you have the courage to bring a Stanley Cup to Boston?

Or to even increase the cup odds for the Bruins?

Then please consider this trade.

I'll see you in the comments :D

P.S. If the second line with Hertl works out okay, it could be known as the "Czeching" line lol.

Ya, not sure you know who hertl is, but this ain’t fair. Take out all the picks and i don’t think the bruins have any interest in this.

Also hasn’t been over a decade since the bruins won the cup.

A few points that need mentioning:

I don't think you know who Hertl is either.

There's no such thing as a "fair" trade.

I think you meant to say, "Take out all the picks and I do think the Bruins have interest in this".

Last cup win was 2011. Not over a decade but it's been exactly 10 years. Whatever.

I don't think you've ever seen a Bruins ACGM scenario from somebody not a Bruins fan that you approved of lol.

Where it is true that many fanbases greatly underrate Hertl, sharks fans also highly overrate him on this website - especially his trade value. This package is far too much for Tomas.

I'm not a Sharks fan. I'm just offering the 2017 Duchene trade equivalent to a Tomas Hertl trade and seeing if the rabid Bruins fanbase bites.

I'm really happy that my Sens fleeced the Sharks with the EK65 trade, so that's why I post as a Sharks ACGM every now and then lol.

Honestly not a lot of complaints here from me. Not super high on Trading Hertl to Boston just because there isn't a lot going on in terms of legit blue chip prospects or potential tanking. Also John Moore's contract is bleh. But other than that, you've actually given the Sharks prospects and picks of legitimate value so I can't be mad. Coming from a Bruins perspective this is actually probably too much to give up, but you definitely wouldn't have too much competition from other teams if this is what you're offering.
