I have been thinking about it a lot. Options are Neal, Kassian, Jones, Archibald (my favorite player and they better not take him and Jones if he plays 30 games this year which I doubt.

Who are the 7 you protect up front? I assume McDavid, Draisaitl, RNH, Puljujarvi, Yamamoto, Kahun and Khaira?? Anyways, I do think Archibald is the one they lose if he is not protected. As for Jones, Seattle could take him regardless of if he plays those games or not. Each team needs to expose at least 2 forwards and 1 defenseman who have played 27 games this or 54 games in the past 2 seasons AND who are signed for the 2021-22 season. If Jones does not play his games, he would need be one of the guys who achieves those requirements, but he will still be exposed regardless.

Yeah man haha.. if they protect Nurse, Klefbom and Bear, like I expect them to, the only guys who meet that requirement are Russell. Jones is 1 game away. Always nice to have that insurance in case something was to happen.
