Gaudreau's clearly the superior player right now but I'd rather keep the younger and locked-in player if I'm Philly. If they ever trade Konecny, it should be for a bona-fide 1RD.

You’re not wrong but this team needs a shake up badly. It’s been pathetic efforts night after night. Also opens up a spot for Wade. He needs to be called up nobody can shoot the puck like him currently on the roster.

Really? This was from the Custance’s article talking to execs and this was the one trade proposal they approved. Reasoning was CGY is in need of RH winger and Johnny’s ice time has dropped significantly since Sutter’s arrival
