Makar could be an interesting target (League wide) for an offersheet this summer. Colorado has a big contract to hand to their captain on top of couple other ELCs up for a raise and not much cap space to move around, I guess they'll get a deal done with Seattle so they take a big contract out. Nonetheless Makar would be a prime target for a 4 years (UFA -1 year if I'm correct) at 10.9 offer and it could place Sakic in a less comfortable position heading in the offseason frenzy.

As a habs fan I like that Philly trade but I think Philly says no, I also like that Makar signing but I think COL matches it.
