Not close on Gibson.

Not close on Fowler, and I doubt that Boston is one of the four places on his Places I'd Like to Stay list.

I don't think even Nashville's 2021 first is enough incentive for us to take on Ryan Johansen's contract.

Gibson has struggled the past 2 years. and he's most likely going to Pittsburgh. Realistically that's the package they get (with possibly a 2nd)
Fowler I had no idea what to get for, I just kind of wanted him gone so the kids could play
And I meant to hit 2022 first for the Nashville pick (which would be a lot better than 2021)

Fowler has pretty tight NTC. Can only be traded to 4 teams, Boston isn’t one of them. Loves SoCal, does not want to leave. Can’t see him waiving it. But that is a terrible return for him anyway.

Nobody's putting a gun to our head to make us trade Gibson. We'll just keep him and you can spend the next six years trying to get someone as good as he is. After all, he must be good, because otherwise why would you be trading for him?

That defense line up just hurts. How are Guhle and Larsson > Mahura?

What are you talking about? The Ducks have no need to trade him and he has never stated that he want's out or anything. Pittsburgh has to add. At least another 2nd or a B level prospect. Would that be an overpayment? Maybe. Is that the price you'd have to pay? Yes.

Only a big package that might be an overpayment is gonna get you Gibson. The Ducks simply hang up if it's the package above.
