Just don't see them asking the captain to waive, especially with how he's still been productive.

They asked him last year ...only 4 were untouchable .. perfect time to transition to Hedmen as C and Stamkos gets to be the man in an organization desperate for leadership

I just think there's better options than him to move. Johnson, Gourde, Palat, Killorn. At least try to keep stammer this year for the 3 peat attempt and move him next year when you need the money for point
