You won't get a top 4 D and a 1st for 1 year of Rielly. A 1st straight up is probably the upper end of what you get for him

They can afford it especially if Dougie isn’t coming back but it doesn’t solve the hole that Dougie leaving creates so it wouldn’t make sense. Plus a first and Bean is an overpay for a year of Reilly.
