Connolly is a cap dump which would be kurashev by himself, so hawks have to add here unless you would do your 2021

Detroit does not have to trade Bertuzzi.

Bertuzzi have not asked for a trade.

Detroit have not put Bertuzzi on the block.

This is you trying to trade for a player Detroit doesn't want to lose.

This isn't a leafs agm and he didn't go crazy undervaluing it, next year's hawks pick could be a really good one in a deep draft. Prob don't need the leafs message for him. Not saying it's the right deal, but better then all the leaf bs trolls.

Nylander is exempt from the XD, so we don't have to use a spot on him.

I don't mind that Lindell trade after thinking about it more.

Im still not sold on Dougie, at all. I watched him with the Flames a fair bit and sure he has developer further but I'm still suspect on his defensive side. I could see this happening, and while looking at the upside of another offensive minded D player does help I would prefer to give it a miss.

The thought on nylander is we trade him to a team that can't protect a good forward. We protect their guy and leave both kampf and guadette exposed. We could get someone better than kampf and guadette
