Better chance of Kempny playing top pairing by May than Dermott. But after a year off with a couple of leg injuries, he might be rusty.

It probably pushes Tor to 22 players, but that's what WSH has, above.

Dermott and Mikheyev, together, might help the Caps more in October, but the Leafs are solid enough to focus on the playoffs, and beyond.
