Let AZ keep the retained salary...throw in some picks instead...otherwise at years end AZ has a top notched prospect (if he can turn hia attitude around), a reclamation project who maybe can develop out there into a solid bottom 4 D, and a cheap roster filler....while NYR have a 34 YO UFA. No thanks.

How about Kessel + either PHI or SJS 2nd for that package?

I get that. Don’t see much value in Phil. 1/2 retained I guess he is decent 3rd liner and PP guy.
