say the devils do nothing next year. sign the rfas and begin to let the prospects flourish. if pk wants a 2M x 1 contract, sign him and play him as the 7th defenseman (ik its weird to pay that much but his leadership is good off ice and he could be a good TDL option if we dont make playoffs)

Even if he did make it back, would likely be after deadline.

And I think Hughes stays at Michigan two years, arrives here end of next season (April 2023).

probably. 2 years should be good for college, then maybe a half year in the AHL/NHL, then becomes full time
