I'd say you have to keep McDavid, but it depends on what the most expensive guys generally go for; is $42 one of the highest salaries? If it's a good deal I say keep him.

After that it gets tough, but I'd rank the options for 5th pick as;

Scheifele
Marchand
Eichel
Vasilevskiy
Murray

No McDavid is #2 on price. Crosby is #1 at $54. Most of the guys are pretty conservative in their money, but yeah I think I'll have to keep McDavid at $42 because $44 isn't bad for him. I really was thinking Scheifele and Marchand too. The leading scorer for the league are as follows:

1. Marchand - 252.25
2. Crosby - 247.5
3. Burns - 240.5
4. McDavid - 239
5. Ovechkin - 228.25

..I could keep McDavid, Marchand, Kuch, Laine, Matthews and be left with $145 which seems pretty low but thanks for the input! lol. i finsihed 3rd in the regular season and we are in the playoffs now so we will see how this team does..
