From the outside, he seems like he would be the perfect fit for McDavid. Big, fast, excellent shot. But he also seems to have been fairly inconsistent throughout his career so far and has yet to fully reach his potential. I don't watch him often enough to have a strong feeling for his play, so was hoping to get some input.

I'd want Bouchard but I know EDM won't accept that.

Regardless, DAL needs RHD prospects and prominent goal scoring forwards. Hence, Gurianov's very valuable for us as he's quite unique to our system in that regard.

Guri's a great player he's just on a team where they value grit-grinding over skill and talent. It doesn't help that Bowness doesn't like him and constantly sticks him on the 4th line. I'd be in favour of trading him instead of seeing him waste away on a joke of a team like the Stars.

Bridge most likely. His performance this year doesn't really justify getting inked for longer period, and it might be better for Denis himself to get a shorter one in order to reach the UFA status sooner.

I reckon we'll be seeing a $3M x 2 type of deal with him.
