I don't see Price getting traded, without a strong retention on his contract that is. There is no contender in the league that has the space for Price's current contract.

Agreed. There just is too many factors against anyone trading FOR him.

Or better yet, Price is tradeable actually, just the return for MTL would be worse off for them that it defeats the point of trading him in the first place from a Habs perspective.

Yep. It's a losing game for them really. They won't gain much on Price, at which point moving him becomes...just pointless.

What sucks is because Price will probably never be traded, no one will ever get 100% proof of it so the idea of Price trades wont ever really go away.
