Devils hire a new full coaching staff.

Nick Ritchie is supposed to be bought out but CapFriendly won't let me, thus I've put him on LTIR. Cap hit would then be 300k in 22/23 and 1.1 mil in 23/24.

Bernier isn't ready for the start of 22/23, Devils go out and sign a new goalie.

Devils sign Miles Wood to his QO in 2022 and decide in 2023 whether they want to lose him as a UFA or want to extend him. Devils expect Luke Hughes and Arseni Gritsyuk to sign their ELC's after their season with their respective team has ended.

I agree with this. The cost of shedding Ritchie should be a 2nd rounder + maybe a late pick. And the cost of Zacha should be a lot more than Dermott.
