What happens next season when Klingberg walks as a UFA because the Leafs can't afford him? You have 5 NHL Defensemen.

Yeah this doesn't make any sense. After the deadline, it's imperative that TO has 8 NHL defenceman. This will leave them with 6 for the playoffs. I am all for Klingberg who I think would make TO's defence insanely good but unless we have depth for the playoffs you are going to see Biega and Dahlstrom play and we absolutely do not ever want to see that.
