Description
Trying to clear the decks for a full rebuild. Don't know much about other teams prospects so just added draft choices (Hawks need as many assets as they can get). Now this is an assumption that MAF would agree to go back to Vegas and that Lehner would go on LTIR (not sure of his status, only know he's hurt). May be a slight overpayment for de Haan but the TDL is crazy season and assume someone (if not LA) will overpay. Carpenter is a decent depth forward somewhere, if not Boston. Would also trade Gus for a bag of used pucks (okay, I'll take half a bag, but that's my final offer).

Not sure why Carpenter keeps getting sent to Boston. Why would B’s give up a pick to bring in someone they would just have to put on waivers?

Looks about right. Maybe more for MAF? but they will honor his wishes and send him where he wants to play. If that means they get less assets so be it. He deserves that at very least. This gives them some real room and probably will probably want to be big players in free agency, but I wouldn't bother. Let the young players grow, and once Kane/Toews contracts are up they can make some bigger moves. Take on contracts (1-2 year rage) for assets. This will be a slow process, but the team will get back to competitive in a couple years imo.

MAF is worth a 2nd if not a 1st
Kubalik is worth a 2nd
Collectively Hawks get fleeced on that Vegas trade. Furthermore, I don't think Vegas can acquire MAF with any retention as it might be viewed as cap circumvention

De Haan is worth a 2nd

Tommy Wingels? Drew Stafford? Lee Stempniak? DS has a history.
