Flyers would give you a 4th with Brassard; not a 3rd. Not saying he's necessarily worth that much, and anyone outside the metro might be able to get a 3rd, but the rivalry penalty is for sure going to push it to a 4th on the return.

You could probably get some retention on De Haan with that offer. And that's coming from a Hawks fan. He is a UFA this summer and CHI isn't gonna need the cap space this season. So, I think that offer would be pretty close to getting him half retained.
