I don't really think Arturri Lehkonen is worth a first round pick. But nonetheless your getting two top prospects in Berard and Garand. I think that it was actually giving up to much value on the New York side.

Caps Decline. Chiarot doesn’t improve on the defense in DC, I wouldn't even trade AJF on his own for Chiarot.

That's fair, it's just that he's a minute munching physical defenceman and I though that the caps could benefit from him. I know the management is bold enough too after last years TDL for the caps.
