    I don't think Hoffman would be much of an interest, but Drouin could be. I just don't think it would be THIS season. I would expect it to be an off-season type of thing.

    The issue with Hoffman is he's a sniper who isn't sniping and we already have that in Zucker lol and the fact he has a bit of term, it's becomes a gamble. Zucker at least has a good all around game, whereas Hoffman is pretty bad at hockey other than scoring.

    Even a Kapanen for Hoffman trade wldnt entice the pitts faithful?

    No. Hoffman is more of a PP specialist and perimeter player. Not the type of guy Sullivan likes. Drouin would also be a no because of his AAV. Lehkonen might interest them if he is available.

    Zucker have 6 goals and 13 points while playing with good teammates while Hoffman have 11 goals 22 points while playing with Dauphin & Gallagher …
